This is me working at the school's atelier. It's quite messy all the time and usually full of students like myself, but this time it was ok. After awhile my colleagues left and I was sewing by myself, listening to '80s songs from the radio. I love when I work quietly, focusing on what I have to to.
As you can see, my fabric is not at all grey as in the sketch, but I find this salmon pink quite nice.
I managed to snap a few self-timer photos, I don't know if this is the best outfit, but I wanted to show it anyway, it's quite casual , simple and boring for me, but thinking that I accessorized it with those necklaces and boots , makes it look more...glam.
It's Sunday and I can't work at all...so I am off to make some sketches for another project!
Wearing: Pull and Bear jeans, Koton T-shirt, New Yorker necklaces, Amanda boots, Takko faux leather jacket

How great! Congratulations on your feature! :) And we have the same exact Juki sewing machines at my school! Your look is very comfy, but you want to be comfy when your sewing! (at least thats what I think!)

I love this little pick inside your world and as I already told you I’m very excited to see the result of your sketch, I think the new color will make the dress look even better. Your outfit looks very good and seems very comfortable at the same time. Kisses:)

Congrats on your feature. I am more impressed by the fact that you are sewing in killer heels. I am about as aweful at sewing in heels as I am at driving in heels. If you are wondering just how bad I am at driving in heels, feel free to ask the guy who has replaced my front bumper 3 times.
ReplyDeleteI love your jeans! your outfit is casual but with a little bit of twist!

this post makes me feel nostalgic. your atelier reminds me of my school workshop too. god how is used to spend all my nights there sewing away to meet a deadline. i cant say that i miss it right now cause those were hectic times but something about these photos make me want to revisit those days just for a moment.
