Do you remember this skirt? Well, I am giving away the same skirt only in red color, made by yours truly, in celebration of Wonder Fashion's one year anniversary! I am so excited, I should make a cake.
The skirt is made out of chiffon and it has a elastic waist band so it should fit any size, the down half it's transparent and simply fabulous! Here is what you have to do:
