In the cold light of day.

I promised you photos with my latest design soon, but you have to wait a little more, because some last minute stuff popped up and I had to take care of them. These are photos I took at University at the mercy of my friend. I've had a few days off from courses, to work on my graduation collection, so I haven't really got the chance to find a photographer and take outfit shots. You know I prefer to take them when I am outside and not fake them and dress up as something for 10 minutes and then go back inside. It feels weird. I don't know about you, but it just doesn't feel natural to me. I started this blog with the idea to record my daily outfits, what I wear in certain locations and events, so I am going to stick with that.
I watched the Oscars last night, it was broadcasted live, here at abput 3 AM , so I stayed up pretty much all night watching pretty dresses and try feeling the moment actors feel when they walk up that stage and take their award. You know, I have mentally composed my Oscar speech even though I do not plan on acting any time soon, but just for the fun of it. Please tell me I am not the only one..










Yep, there is still some snow here, actually it's very dirty and..wet; it's very annoying, you can't imagine how filthy my shoes got when I got back home.

New in my wonders

This is what I wore today, just before buying my camera new lenses (Nikkor 35 mm f 1.8) which I am super happy about - I have been craving for them for some time now; the minute I got home I started experimenting a bit (see last 3 photos below) but I can't wait to take it to the daylight! I also tasted today a bit of the sales and I am sure tomorrow I shall taste even more!

In the ruins of a lost age

Today we took a walk in the forest with a few friends of ours and reached the ruins of the city's once medieval fortress. It's quite peaceful here and the view of the city it's quite nice. The light was horrible so I couldn't take any proper photos of the view, but I hope you will enjoy these ones.
The blue satchel is new, I bought it on sales and I LOVE IT to pieces!!

Vedeti sandalele de mai jos? Isi cauta un nou camin nu pentru ca s-au suparat pe mine doar ca imi sunt prea mari. Le-am comandat anul trecut de pe un site romanesc care aduc incaltaminte din SUA, se numeste: pantofisenzationali.ro, si desi am cerut marimea 39, (8 SUA) mi-au adus un 40. Tocul care imita lemnul, masoara 12 cm, platforma - 2 cm , sunt din piele alba. Mentionez ca nu au fost purtate decat o singura data si doar pana la magazinul din colt ca sa imi obisnuiesc picioarele, dar degeaba, sunt largi. Deci, doritoarele ma pot contacta la ollie_fashion@yahoo.com eu le-am luat cu 200 RON, dar le dau cu 180 RON. Daca doriti mai multe detalii, please feel free to ask.

A drop of red

If in the last post I was dressed very colorful, today I was all shades of gray and just a bit of red. I seriously didn't do that on purpose. I guess I felt again one of those "gray days".

I bought the shirt recently on sales, I just loved those little shoulder boards, I am a fan of little details with great effect. I had an exam today and I am thrilled it went quite well. Now I am back to work, oh..I cannot wait for this to be over!

Almost Spring

The day I shot these photos was so warm and lovely and now it's a fog so dense that you can cut it with a knife. I bought the shorts on sales, they were a great finding, what I loved about them was the high waist and the color, not black, but khaki. That day I bought fabrics and I am starting to make other stuff for myself, I am so excited, can't wait to see the result! You will see as well, quite soon..

10th of January

I arrived back in a foggy and sad Bucharest but filled with SALES! I wanto to go shopping very badly, I've seen beautiful things and don't know what to choose!

Frankly I have no mood for work, except for some stuff for myself ( I just want a room filled with fabrics) and I am bored with this messy snow. It's not like a fairytale anymore. Now I am off to reorganize my closet, it's a bit chaotic.

I love the shape of this coat, you don't see it everywhere, and it was so cheap! A great finding.
