A casual romantic Summer

 

 How is the heat treating you so far? 

I am exhausted by it, the only time I feel good is in the evening. I could walk for hours until late in the night in a strappy Summer dress and flat sandals.

 If I must go out at noon, I try to wear the lightest and flarest clothes I own so the fabric won't be sticking up my body and get an almost claustrophobic feeling. This blouse is one example like that, plus it covers my already burned shoulders and it also has a Romantic style, which make my rather simple outfit, more feminine and lively. I am hoping I can go to the swimming pool this weekend, but I see dark clouds up ahead and my level of excitement is going down right now. Just great!

The perfect little Summer dress

 

 I hope you had a great weekend guys! Mine was quite full, a friend of mine came to visit for a few days and I got to pay the tourist this past weekend, so we walked around pretty much all day, showing her all the main attractions and the coolest bistros the city has to offer, so it was both relaxing and tiring at the same time, but nonetheless, fun!

 For this, I got a chance to wear this easy breezy dress I bought not long ago, especially for the hot Summer days we are dealing with right now. I was attracted by the very light fabric and the fact that it can be worn off the shoulders, of course! I convinced myself that I need this dress in my life and I wasn't wrong! It's so practical and yet, very romantic, perfect for my style.

Blooming Spring

 

 Bloom in the trees and bloom on my pants as well - that may sound weird but seriously, what better time to wear these trousers than now, when all my favorite flowers are in bloom and there is color everywhere! 

And how great it is that it's finally Friday? Sometimes it feels like certain weeks go by slower than others and when the weather is good, you only want to plan your next vacation rather than to work, I bet you know what I mean.

The Exotic Fortune Teller

 

 I aaaam so excited for these photos and for this gorgeous velvet kimono type cardigan I scored recently. I feel it's a gem of a clothing, luxurious and sophisticated, so it deserves a proper photo shoot and where else than the luxurious botanical garden? I thought that a scenery which involves a jungle will fit perfectly and I am so pleased with the results! I wish we could have more time to hang around there, but it was sooo hot and filled with toursists, I guess I should've done this in the cold season. 

Next time I am going to make an article with ways to style this type of cardigan, we shall see.

The Pucci print skirt

This weekend has been a bliss! I am so happy for this weather, finally, it's warm enough to sip a frappe on a terrace and to lay on a bench in the park; so I was so excited to take this gorgeou skirt out for the first time!

Needless to say the skirt is the star of this outfit, that crazy beautiful Pucci-esque print really catches your eye and that is why I took it, naturally.

Back in the day, Emilio Pucci used to made his designs in such artistic and creative prints, they looked so modern and colorful, it was something I was looking for a very long time. Believe it or not, I found it in an outlet (Cluj is filled with them) not long ago and I paid for it a quarter of the original price and that in my opinion, is a true win.

Floral cardigan

Goodness, the weather was so cold this weekend! Don't mind the Sun, he was there as a decor object, but the temperatures were ridiculously low.

Since my coats are cuddled back in my closet, I take out my warmest cardigans, this one from Sheinside is one of them. I wore it last year like crazy and I can't get enough of it, one of those clothing items you never get bored of, you know?

Also, perhaps you noticed that my hair is longer, that is all thanks to the Irresistible Me hair extensions I received about a year ago. I haven't worn them much mainly because my hair color changed from that bright red in time, and also because my hair is pretty thick as it is and well, we all know that hair extensions work best for thinner hair, however, if I curl them, they are just perfect. Or if I wear them in braids or ponytails. I wanted to play a little for once and I really did feel pretty and different that day in a small, subtle way!

Alright, let's get through this Monday with a positive mood.

Wild roses

See this skirt? Obviously, you do, but take a closer look. It's the same design and cut as many other skirts you see around the blogosphere and I actually have another one in my wardrobe, but in a different print. So, I really am a sucker for floral prints like these, I could collect dozens of such skirts and couldn't get enough!

I got this one from CNDirect (these websites can have the weirdest names, I tell you that) another one of those not-so-popular websites that sell really cheap, but great clothes! You just have to look carefully and you can find some really great items.

I really am pleased with this, it can be casual and also quite elegant, I only wished it had more volume, but I think a tulle crinoline underneath will do the work!
