Almost all-white

 I am baaack after a unjustified absence, let's just say that life got in the way of my own blogging world, but I'll try to get back on track because I really do miss working on this blog, especially creating beautiful photos and even the whole editing process, which sometimes can take longer than I'd like. Seriously though, I love creating content here and see what you all have been up to as well.

 For this outfit, I left my romantic self aside and I turned to a more modern look, featuring this lovely peplum top that is so adorable in my opinion, and this ah-mazing pair of floral print culottes I found in H&M on sale! And guess what? It was the last pair and in my size - I mean, how could anyone resist that? It's like meant to be.
In a few days I'll be leaving for Bucharest for a short vacation, so hopefully I won't be absent for too long from my blog, but you can always find me on Instagram to see what I am up to!

A warmer ending

 

 Hope you're having a great weekend! 

Mine was filled with sunshine and cakes! Mom and I overdone ourselves this time, we just couldn't decide which ones to buy, so if you see me fatter soon, don't be surprised, ha ha! 

Oh, no, I won't let that happen, but if I showed you how those desserts looked like, you wouldn't resist either. 

So, my advice for having a good day: stay in the sun and if it's cloudy, eat some delicious cakes, it works!

Another year at its end

 

 It seems Winter decided to come after all in my hometown. I woke up the other morning and I saw snow, everywhere! I am currently out of town, there is no snow here, but the temperature has dropped considerably, I really am not used to it anymore, it feels strange.

And it also, feels a bit uneasy to think about how fast another year has just passed, tomorrow we will be dreaming of new opportunities, new changes to make or if you're like me, you'll think about what new things to buy in the near future. I am kidding, I am not that much of a spender (I hope so).

 In other words, I don't have a typical "what to wear on New Years Eve post" because I really haven't decided what to wear yet! I have to make some appetizers first and then think about what to wear - I think I'll go for something casual this year, not feeling very fancy, but who knows. 

 So, I wish you a very Happy New Year, loads of fun and I hope I'll see you in 2016!

Dots and stripes

 

 I'm back after a tiring weekend in Bucharest! 

The wedding I attended was beautiful and a success, people had loads of fun, I was dead tired halfway through the night as I was running around after the bride since 12 AM that day. But it was a fun day, can't wait to see the final photos!

 These photos were taken the day after, a simple but girlie casual outfit, wearing the most comfortable shoes ever, because after walking and dancing all day in heels, you kinda need a break. That evening the weather changed abruptly and started ro rain like crazy that lasted for two days. I arrived in Cluj in a full Autumn weather, and even though it's sunny now, the air is cold and nostalgic, just the way I love it. Give me a glass of red wine and a mountain view and I am the happiest person alive!

 I wish I could've stayed longer in Bucharest and meet as many people as possible, but the time was not on my side and we all have jobs to go to, so that's an obstacle too. But there is always a next time!

 Right now I am getting ready to see "The Martian" - anyone else excited about this film? I heard it's gonna be awesome!

September-ish

When we took these photos, it was still hot outside and not a person on the street ( either they were gone for the weekend, or stayed inside the house away from the heat). Now it's pouring rain and it's all doomy and cold. I think it's starting to get cooler from now on and I really can't wait!

It's the perfect weather to read a good book, accompanied by a cup of black tea and also a black cat that sits on your lap keeping you warm - this is optional of course, but for me is mandatory.

Back in the old city

 

 Yup, I'm back in Cluj until Christmas most likely, and it does feel good to be back!

 It's still hot, so it it's still great to wear cropped tops and Summer skirts; in this case, I twisted my very long blouse and fold it underneath just enough to look nice and cute, don't you think? I somewhat felt like a country girl in the big city - all I needed was a straw basket filled with fruits and flowers. Now I crave a bit for the countryside and nature, just great..

White September

 

 The weather cooled down, it's all cloudy and rainy and I am still dressed like it's the middle of Summer. No matter, I am not ready to embrace layers of lothing and Autumn shoes just yet.

 I just recently found this lovely white cotton dress in a thrift shop and I thought it was the right time to wear it before shutting it in the closet for the winter. Isn't the back side interesting? I really loved that detail and of course the quality fabric. My only concern is not to stain it too soon, I cannot even sit down in public spaces because of that; but can you really blame me?

Out and about

 

 This past weekend was a lazy one. I was strolling the city with my mom, eating cakes and drinking fancy coffee - this is a typical Saturday afternoon for us, whenever I am in town. Then I ask her to take my photos and she complies with excitement even. 

Good relaxing times are needed too.
